摘 要:产品设计的过程优化与逐层求解中,信息与知识的有效表达与组织受制于需求、原理、标准及材料与成本等约束规则的影响。这里结合产品需求、效应、原理求解及产品试制、材料选择与质量控制等内容进行过程性的循环求解,对产品的过程信息模型中引入了本体的形式化知识表达机制,研究了产品过程进化过程中的设计过程映射与产品制造过程中的回馈求解。以剖布机为实例分析构建了产品过程信息的知识交换与共享语义描述和推理方法。The product design is predominantly based on the optimizing process and solving hierarchically. Description and organization of product information and knowledge are enslaved to the infection from the contain rule, such as client requirement, principle, standard, material and cost etc. This study investigates the performance of processing which supports cyclic solving between product function, effect, principle, and trial manufacture, material-selection, quality-control etc. It introduce the ontology to describe the knowledge of the product process model in formalization. Then process design mapping and feedback solving in product evolution are discussed. Finally, an instance product process information model of cutcloth machine is given as example, it indicate the method of the knowledge exchange and share the meaning and reason in product process.
