摘　　要：AD9954是美国ADI公司采用先进的DDS技术生产的高集成度频率合成器芯片,它能产生200MHz的模拟正弦波,现介绍一种基于AD9954的信号发生器的设计方案。该信号发生器由单片机完成系统的控制功能,由宽带放大电路增大幅值并提高负载能力,还具有通过补充外围电路和软件编程实现产生其他多种波形输出的功能。AD9954 is a chip with the technology of Direct Digital Synthesizer （DDS） which is produced by ADI. Co. It can produce 200MHz - analog sine wave. A design way of signal generator is proposed on basis of AD9954. The system configuration and control function of the signal generator is took charge of single- chip microcomputer, the wideband current- feedback operational amplifier is used to increase the amplitude of wave format and system load. Many kinds of wave are generated by the extended circuits and programs.
