摘  要:以伴性矮小型公鸡和普通杂合子型公鸡为研究材料,就生长激素受体(GHR)基因的缺失对公鸡精液品质的影响进行研究。结果表明:2种基因型初生雏鸡的体重相差无几,但4、8、16周龄和20周龄的体重差异极显著(P<0.01);8周龄胫长差异极显著(P<0.01)。性成熟后,伴性矮小型公鸡的精液密度为26.17亿/mL,略低于普通杂合子型公鸡(29.87亿/mL),但差异不显著;伴性矮小型公鸡的精子活率、活力和畸形率等指标与普通杂合子型公鸡相近,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果证明,生长激素受体缺失对伴性矮小型公鸡繁殖性能没有影响。This experiment was conducted to study the influence of growth hormone receptor (GHR) gene mutation on the semen quality of sex-linked dwarf chicken. Basing on the theory of Mendelian segregation, both dwarf and normal chicken were obtained from the same family. The results showed that body weights measured at 4, 8, 16, 20 weeks of age and shank length at 8 weeks of age revealed significantly (P 〈 0.01) difference between the dwarf males and the normal males. However, the concentration of semen and the viability and motility of sperm were similar, and no significant differences in semen quality were detected at dwarf and normal males (P 〉 0.05). The GHR gene mutation has no significant effects on the semen quality of sex-linked dwarf chicken.
