摘  要:利用TiCl4在无水乙醇中水解,制备了纳米TiO2和Fe3+掺杂的光催化剂,通过XRD和TEM对产物的晶体结构、晶粒大小、形貌进行了表征,讨论了Fe3+掺杂浓度、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、催化剂用量、溶液的pH值和光照时间等对TiO2光催化剂处理造纸废水的影响.结果表明:掺杂Fe3+的TiO2光催化剂氧化性能有所提高,在掺杂量为1.25%(质量分数),焙烧温度为500℃、焙烧时间3 h时,光催化活性最高;溶液pH值为4.0,催化剂用量为2.5 g/L,光照时间4 h时TiO2降解造纸废水的能力最强.Pure and Fe^3+ doped TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by TiCh hydrolysis process in absolute alcohol, and were characterized by means of XRD and TEM. The effects are mainly investigated about calcining temperature and time, catalyst amount, pH value, radiant time on papermaking wastewater degradation. The experimental results showed that Fe^3+ dopant promoted TiO2 phase transformation, and increased the photocatalytic oxidation of TiO2 nanoparticles. Moreover, in the experiment of photocatalytic degradation papermaking wastewater, Fe^3+ doped TiO2 nanoparticle of Fe doping content 1.25 % (mass fraction), calcined at 500℃, for 3 h exhibited a higher photocatalytic activity, and the adequate reaction conditions were found as following:quantity of catalyst reached 2.5 g/L(TiO2) ,the pH value was 4.0 ,and the radiant time was 4 h. At the optimal condition,the removal rate of papermaking wastewater is over 80%.
