南昌市城区主要媒介生物侵害状况调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解南昌市达标后常态下的“四害”侵害状况以及防鼠防蝇设施建设情况。方法按照全爱卫发(1997)第5号文“关于灭鼠、蚊、蝇、蟑螂标准”和全爱卫发(1997)第28号文“灭鼠、蚊、蝇、蟑螂现场考核办法”进行调查和评价。结果室内鼠迹阳性率4.67%,外环境鼠迹查延长8 900 m,鼠迹13处,防鼠设施不合格率6.79%;重点行业有蝇阳性率7.72%,不得有蝇场所有蝇间数阳性率9.16%,一般行业有蝇间数阳性率8.96%,防蝇设施不合格率为10.00%,;蟑螂成若虫阳性率4.88%;活卵鞘阳性率2.06%,蟑迹阳性率6.94%;容器积水中蚊幼虫及蛹阳性率4.17%,大型水体阳性率4.41%,人诱成蚊4.5只/30 m in.人。结论除室外鼠迹达标外,其他主要指标均超过标准,提示病媒生物防制工作是一项长期、艰巨而复杂的系统工程,并需持之以恒的开展工作。Objective To understand the situation of tour pests and the preventive establishments for rats and flies in Nanchang urban area. Methods The No. 5 official document standards of rats, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches（1997） and the No. 28 official document examination methods of rats, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches （1997） was used by commission of the public health compaign. Results The inside positive rate of rat trace was 4.67%. There were 13 locuses with rat traces within 8 900 meters. The disqualification rate of preventive establishments for rats was 6.79% ; the positive rate of fly was 8.96% in key vocations, which were 9. 16% and 8.96% in areas where flies were prohibited. And the disqualification rate of preventive establishment for flies was 10%. The positive rate of cockroaches, living egg scabbard and cockroach trace were 4. 88% , 2. 06% and 6. 94% respectively. The positive rates of mosquito larvae and pupae in container seeper and large water hody were 4. 17% and 4.41% respectively. And the mosquito quantity of tempted by one person was 4. 5 insects per 30 min. Conclusion Exception of rat trace, the main indexes of four pests were above the standard, which suggested that vector control was a long, hard and complex compaign, and should be kept perservely.
