摘  要:从石油沥青中提取中间相原料,磨成小于10μm的细粉,不添加任何粘结剂直接模压成型。在1000℃温度下进行烧结,即可制得高性能的无粘结剂炭素材料,烧结制品的体积密度达1.69g/cm3,气孔率仅7.2%,肖氏硬度100,电阻率为60×10-6Ωm,而抗折强度高达91.2MPa;经2800℃石墨化处理的制品密度达1.889/Ωm,抗折强度仍有82MPa。从扫描电镜的断口形貌照片可以看出,制品的结构极为致密均匀,为均相炭结构。红外光谱分析表明,中间相原料磨粉或活化处理时引入的羰基及其数量多少是决定这种细粉的自粘结性能和自烧结性能以及制品结构和强度的关键因素之一。Abstract: The mesophase raw material, drawn from petrolem asphalt is abraded fines, and diameter smaller than 10μm, then is directly molded without adding to any binders, after that is sintered at 1000℃, carbon material with high performanne without binder must was obtained its bulk density is 1. 69 g/cm3 porosity 7. 2%, 100 hardness shore,60×10-6Ωm electrical resistivity, the greatest bending strength reache to 91.2MPa;The bulk density of graphitizing product at 2800℃ is 1.88 g/cm3. and its bending strength still reache to 82MPa. The shear fracture morphologies by SEM show; the constitution of product is very compact and homogeneous, which belongs to homogeneous carbon structure. The analysis of infrared spectroscopy was shown, when mesophase raw material is abraded fines or activation, the carbonyl drawn and its quantity were one of crucial factors to decide the self-adhesive and self-sintering of the fines, along with the structure and intensity of the products.
