摘　　要：国民政府从发行法币到金圆券而银元券,呈一下降曲线,显示出行政控制经济、操纵货币发行的弱化趋势。通过对银元券的发行背景、出台过程以及失败原因的系统分析,探究其内在实质,从而认识到纸币的发行必须遵守经济规律,超经济手段的滥用只会自食其果。银元券最终成为国民党在经济、金融领域彻底失败,无奈地逃离大陆的历史见证。From issuing legal currency in 1935 to Gold yuan certificate in 1948 then silver dollar ticket in 1949, the economic situation of National Government appeared a dropped curve,demonstrating the reduction trend that the administration controls economy and handles the issuance of paper money. Through systematically analysing the issuing background, the issuing course and the failed reason of silver dollar ticket, probing into its inherent essence, thus realizing the issuance of the paper currency must be in accordance with the economic law, the abuse of the super-economic means will only result in eating one＇s own bitter fruit. The silver dollar ticket finally becomes the historical witness of the Kuomintang failing completely in the economic, financial field and fled from the continent helplessly.
