摘　　要：目的报道采用显微外科修复方法急诊处理手部皮肤逆行撕脱伤。方法2003年9月--2006年7月,我们应用显微外科吻合技术及其相关方法处理15例手部皮肤逆行撕脱伤。结果15例全部成活,术后3～28个月随访,外形与感觉等功能恢复较为满意。结论采用显微外科修复方法处理手部皮肤逆行撕脱伤,可最大限度的恢复手部功能和外形,是目前较为理想的治疗方法。Objective To repart the orthotopic replantion of skin retrograde avulsion in hand by emergency repair. Methods We applied micsurgery anastomosis and corerelation technique to repair 15 cases with retrograde avulsion in hand. Results All the cases survived, followed-up 3-28 months after operation, the outline and sensative function obtained satisfactory restore. Conclusion It is an ideal method to repair skinretrograde avulsion in hand by applying micsurgery technique.
