摘　　要：目的探讨系统的心理护理对心血管神经症患者疗效的影响。方法将110例心血管神经症患者随机分为实验组(55例)和对照组(55例),均嘱其精神放松,并适当给予药物治疗;对实验组进行系统的心理护理。结果实验组的治愈率和总有效率都高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组的无效率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论系统的心理护理可以提高心血管神经症患者的疗效。Objective To observe the effect of systemic psychological nursing on the patients with cardiovascular neurosis. Methods 110 patients with cardiovascular neurosis were randomly divided into experimental group （55 patients） and control group （55 patients）. We ordered all of them to relax, and they were treated with medicine. Only the patients in the experimental group were given with systemic psychological nursing. Results The rate of cure and total efficiency in experimental group was higher than that in control group （P〈0. 01）. The rate of inefficiency in experimental group was lower than that in control group （P 〈0. 01）. Conclusions The systemic psychological nursing has a valid effect on the patients with cardiovascular neurosis.
