妇产科门诊护理咨询服务需求的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妇产科设立专科护理咨询门诊的可行性。方法对213例妇产科门诊就诊者进行专科护理咨询服务需求的问卷调查,分析需求状况。结果100%的调查对象认同妇产科应设立专科护理咨询门诊,妇科与产科就诊者对咨询服务内容的需求各有针对性;妇科、产科及不同文化程度就诊者之间对非针对性的健康咨询服务内容需求不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论妇产科设立专科护理咨询门诊更可满足患者的身心需要,护理队伍的发展现状为护理咨询门诊的设立奠定了基础。Objective The purpose of this article is to discuss the practicability of founding a professional nursing consulting room for the out- patients in the gynaecology and obstetrics department. Methods The questionnaire about the requirement for professional nursing consulting service was distributed to 213 out-patients and the situation was analyzed. Results 100% patients agreed to set up the professional nursing consulting department. The requirement for consulting service was different between the gyneacological and obstetric patients （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. There was no prominent differenee on the common requirement for health consulting service, between the gyneacologieal and obstetric patients and the patients with different degrees of education （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions A professional nursing consulting room in the gyneacological and obstetric department can further satisfy the patients＇ physical and mental needs. The development of the nurse teem provides a basis for establishing the consuiting room.
