油柑叶腰垫治疗胸腰椎椎体骨折的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察油柑叶腰垫治疗胸腰椎椎体骨折的疗效,为临床腰垫的制作提供依据。方法对120例脊柱稳定型胸腰椎椎体骨折的患者随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组使用油柑叶腰垫使压缩的椎体被牵开达到复位的效果,对照组用传统的棉垫,2组进行疗效对比观察。结果观察组疗效总优良率93%,对照组总优良率80%。经统计学处理χ2=4.61,P<0.05,2组治疗结果有显著性差异。结论油柑叶腰垫治疗胸腰椎椎体骨折的疗效优于常用的棉垫腰垫,值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the effect of the lumbar-vertebral-compression fracture treated with waist pad made of oil orange leaf. Methods 120 cases with stable lumbar vertebral-compression fracture were divided as the observation group and the control group at random. The observation group used waist pad made of oil orange leaf to make the compressed vertebra to be drawn, so as to achieve the effect of redaction. The control group used general cotton pad. The curative effects of the two groups were compared and observed. All patients were follow- up visited after six months at least. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 93%, while that of the control group was 80%. Through statistical analysis, it was convinced that the difference between the two groups was significant （X^2 = 4.61, P〈 0.05）. Conclusions The effect of waist pad made of oil orange leaf on the treatment of stable lumbar-vertebral-compression fracture is superior to that of general cotton pad, so it is worthy of being spread.
