摘　　要：枯草芽孢杆菌通能过分泌植酸酶分解植酸,释放磷元素,促进动植物磷的吸收。主要综述了枯草芽孢杆菌植酸酶作用机理、酶学性质、分离纯化、分类地位和基因工程方面的研究进展,以便为该酶的深入研究和应用提供借鉴作用。Bacillus subtilis can hydrolyze phytate, release phosphorus and improve phosphorus nutrition of plants and animals by secreting phytases. This review briefly summarizes the research progress on phytases from Bacillus subtilis in effect mechanism, property, isolation, purification and taxonomy of the enzyme and gene engineering to speed up the deep research and exploitation of the enzyme.
