摘 要:目的通过观察养心汤对家兔不稳定型心绞痛模型血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)含量及颈总动脉内中膜厚度的影响。方法将24只雄性家兔随机分为3组,每组8只,即空白组、模型组、治疗组,在高脂饮食形成动脉粥样硬化斑块基础上,采取颈总动脉球囊扩张引起动脉粥样斑块不稳定的方法复制成类似于人类不稳定型心绞痛病理变化的家兔心肌缺血模型。结果高脂饲料喂养8周后,模型组与治疗组血浆TXB2含量较空白组显著升高(P<0.01),颈总动脉内中膜厚度增厚(P<0.01)。结论养心汤通过调整血管内皮功能,减少TXB2的产生,从而保护缺血心肌,并且阻止高脂饮食所引起的动脉厚度增加。Objective To explore the mechanism of Yangxin decoction on serum TXB2 content and the tunica intima thickness in rabbits with myocardial ischemia. Methods Twenty- four male rabbits were divided randomly into 3 groups (normal group, model group and experimental group), 8 in every group. The rabbit myocardial ischemia model were made by balloon dilation. Results Yangxin decoction could obviously reduce serum TXB2 content in rabbits, and could alleviate the tunica intima thickness of arterial carotis in experimental rabbits. Conclusion Yangxin decoction could be able to improve endothelial cell dysfunction by protecting vessel endothelial, reducing the formation and release of TXB2 and in hibiting the increase of the tunica intima thickness.
