摘  要:在阐述了“产学研”合作教育的历史沿革及我国的现状基础上,指出了“产学研教”合作教育的内涵,提出了“产学研教”互动型合作教育的四条运作机制:确立“产学研教”互动型合作教育的指导思想;更新教育观念,以现代理念定位工科地质类的教育机制;建立以企业为支柱的“产学研教”互动型合作教育联合基地的运行机制;建立学生分流与就业分配机制。On the base of historical reformation of production, learning and researching and actuality of our country, its meaning was indicated, and four items of operate mechanism oi mutual cooperative education were brought forward that includes establishing the instructional idea of production, learning, researching and teaching mutual cooperative education, updating the education conception and directing engineering geological education mechanism through modern ideology, founding function mechanism of production, learning, researching and teaching mutual cooperative education united base with support of corporations and building assigning system of student distributary and employment.
