慢性鼻窦炎及鼻息肉鼻内窥镜手术临床分析

摘　　要：目的总结鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎及鼻息肉的临床经验。方法对4年来完成的鼻内窥镜手术932侧(486例)分成初期组和近期组进行鼻内窥镜随访检查。结果初期组总治愈率为68.9%,好转率为29.1%,无效为2.0%;近期组总治愈率为85.6%,好转率为14.4%,无效为0。结论熟悉额窦、蝶窦.和钩突解剖特点,完整切除钩突,做好中鼻甲成形术有助于提高手术疗效。Objective To summarize the experiences in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp by means of nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods Data of 486 patients （932 sides） received endoscopic sinus surgery during six year period were analysed. Patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment period ： early stage group and latter stage group. Patients were followed up by endoscopy at six moths after operation. Results The cure rates of the early stage group and the latter stage group were 68.9% and 85.6%, respectively; and the improvement rates were 29.1% and 14.4%, respectively. Conclusion To improve the operative results, operator being familiar with the anatomic characteristic of frontal sinus, sphenoid sinus and uncinate process, removing the uncinate process completely and reshaping the middle turbinate are very important.
