摘 要:目的探讨血液分析仪光学法(PLT-O)计数血小板(PLT)在PLT直方图异常时的应用价值。方法应用SysmexXE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪,对60例PLT直方图异常标本用电阻抗法、光学法和镜检法同时计数PLT,以镜检法结果为参考,分别与电阻抗法和光学法进行比较。结果PLT直方图异常组即细胞碎片、小红细胞和大PLT组的电阻抗法结果与镜检法相比差异显著(P<0.05),而光学法和镜检法结果无差异(P>0.05);PLT直方图正常组三种方法检测结果无差异(P>0.05)。结论在日常工作中大批量样本检测时,可以选用成本低廉的电阻抗法,而当出现PLT直方图异常必需用光学染色法进行复查和核对,以保证结果的准确性。Objective To investigate the practical value of optical platelet(PLT) count assay in abnormal PLT particle size distribution histogram, Methods We counted the platelets with resistant method, optical method and microscopic method ( reference method), and analyzed the correlation between the results of resistant method and optical method. Results ,Small RBC and RBC fragments as well as large PLT particles( i. e. abnormal PLT particle size distribution histogram sample) interfered with resistant method PLT count and the results were statistically different from those of microscopic method( P 〈 0.05 ). But there were no statistical differences in PLT count analysed by optical method and microscopic method ( P 〉 0.05 ). If PLT particle size distribution histogram were normal, there were no statistical differences in PLT count analysed by the three methods, Condusion We can use resistant method in daily routine sample analysis, But if PLT particle size distribution histogram is abnormal, the results should be checked by optical method.
