舒血宁治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨舒血宁对急性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法选择发病48h内的急性脑梗死病例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组38例,给予舒血宁注射液20ml加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,14d为1个疗程。对照组34例,给予丹参注射液20ml加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,14d为1个疗程。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死有显著疗效,且无不良反应。Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of Shuxuening Injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 72 patients were divided into two groups：Treated group （38 cases） were given Shuxuening Injection, Control group （34 cases） were given Danshen Injection , Results The effective rates of treatment in the treated group was significantly higher than the Control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shuxuening Injection exhibits remarkable therapeutic efficacy for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, without obvious adverse reactions.
