海尔企业研发试点对我国建设国家创新体系的启示

摘　　要：国家创新体系企业研发中心试点建设的目的,就是通过完善国家创新体系建设,使企业成为技术创新的主体,迅速提升试点企业的核心竞争能力,把企业主导的研发体系建设作为国家创新体系的突破口,将国家意志与企业利益相结合,通过市场和计划对企业研发体系的合力干预,使其尽快成长,帮助我国企业实现赶超国际一流研发中心的目标。本文以海尔为例探讨了国家创新体系企业研发中心试点产生的背景、发展现状及对我国建设国家创新体系的启示。The purpose of R ＆ D experimental unit is to make the enterprises become the main body of the technique innovation by perfecting national innovation system, promote the core competition ability of enterprises, make the R ＆ D system eontruction as the breakthrough of national innovation system construction. Taking Haler as an example to analyze the background and development of national innovation system, and then come up with a few relevant suggestions.
