论我国地方高等学校的特殊性及其发展策略

摘　　要：地方高等学校是指我国高等教育管理体制改革后,由各级地方政府主管的普通高等学校。截至2005年,国家主管的高等学校有111所,其余均为地方高等学校。作为高等学校的地方高等学校有何特殊性,已经成为地方高等学校必须研究的重要问题。地方高等学校具有高等学校的一切共同性,与国家高等学校相比地方高等学校有其特殊性。The local higher school denotes the local public normal higher school adminstrated by different local levels after the reform in the management system of China＇ s higher education. At the end of 2005, there are 111 national higher schools in our country and the others are all belong to the local higher schools. The local higher school holds the commonness of national higher school, so making the clear of the particularity of the local higher school is significant to higher schools.
