摘　　要：【目的】了解青少年性态度取向与性行为的发展及交互作用,为有效促进青少年全面健康的性发育提供必要的理论依据。【方法】采取自我报告式问卷,以整群抽样的方法对北京市某城区1 408名初高中学生进行调查。【结果】研究发现城市中学生呈现出在对自身、同性、异性及有关性问题的等多方面的态度反映,并存在对某种性问题态度的取向偏差,而性态度取向与性行为发生具有一定关联。【结论】不断帮助青少年发展完善的性观念和性态度,有助于减少性行为的发生。[Objective] To explore the interaction between the attitude toward and behavior of sexuality among adolescents , and to develop associate theoretical basis in promoting adolescent reproductive health effectively. [Methods] Using self-reported questionnaire and sampling to investigate 1 408 secondary school students in urban area in Beijing. [Results] The students investigated showed various reflections of attitudes toward sexual development in themselves, the same sex and the opposite one~ and a certain inclination for some sexual issues. The study also found there is a correlation between the attitude and behaviors. [Conclusion] It should play a role in decreasing unsafe sexual behaviors among adolescents through promoting their appropriate development of sexual conception and attitudes.
