儿童血浆胰岛素、瘦素和肉毒碱水平的相关分析

摘　　要：【目的】了解儿童血浆胰岛素、瘦素、肉毒碱水平与相关参数的关系。【方法】测定33例儿童血浆胰岛素、瘦素、游离肉毒碱和总肉毒碱浓度,计算体质指数、胰岛素抵抗值和Ln(胰岛β细胞功能值),并与相关变量进行皮尔逊相关分析或偏相关分析。【结果】胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗值、Ln(胰岛β细胞功能值)、瘦素与体质指数显著正相关,肉毒碱与体质指数无相关性。偏相关分析示胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗值、Ln(胰岛β细胞功能值)与瘦素显著负相关。【结论】体质指数与胰岛素、瘦素水平有关,与肉毒碱水平无关;排除年龄和体质指数的影响后,胰岛素与瘦素显著负相关。[Objective] To investigate the correlations between plasma levels of insulin, leptin, carnitine and related parameters in children. [Methods] Plasma levels of insulin, leptin, free and total carnitine were measured in 33 children,and body mass index, insulin resistance, β-cell function were calculated. The associations between insulin, leptin, carnitine levels and related parameters were analyzed with Pearson correlation analysis or partial correlation analysis. [Resalts] Body mass index was positively correlated with insulin, insulin resistance, β-cell function and leptin levels, but it exhibited no correlations with carnitine levels. Partial correlation analysis revealed significant negative correlations between leptin levels and insulin levels, insulin resistance,β-cell function. [Conclusions] Body mass index was positively correlated with insulin and leptin levels , but not related to carnitine levels. Removing the effects of age and body mass index, there were negative correlations between leptin levels and insulin levels.
