商业银行不良信贷处理的国际借鉴

摘　　要：中国银行业面临着严重的金融脆弱性,为了减少金融风险,政府采取了一系列措施来处理不良信贷。本文在分析了中国不良信贷处理中存在问题的基础上,借鉴美国以及中欧转型经济国家处理不良信贷的经验,提出了对中国当前金融的改进措施。Chinese banks suffer from serious financial fragility, and to reduce the financial risk, Chinese government has taken a series of measures to deal with non - performing loam. Problems existing in the process of Chinese non- performing loans workout is thoroughly analyzed in the paper, and based on the experience of the United States and some transition economy in central Europe, some modification on the current policy is recommended.
