摘　　要：医疗风险管理是医院管理中的重要课题。神经外科是医院实施风险管理的重要科室。本文从分析神经外科的风险因素入手,探讨神经外科的医疗风险管理思路与对策。The medical risk management is an important task of hospital management. As an important department , the neurosurgery need more attention . In this paper , we have an analysis on factors of medical practic risks in neurosurgery and have a discussion on treatment ways .
