重视医疗服务的可及性和连续性

摘　　要：JCI标准提出可及与连续的医疗服务。医疗服务的可及性要求我们做好应该做到的事情：为患者提供与其职责及资源相一致的医疗服务；为患者提供方便、快捷、适宜的医疗服务流程；加强沟通,使患者及家属明白医疗服务的内容和流程等,形成互相合作的和谐的医患关系。医疗服务的连续性要求我们要衔接好医院服务过程：要设计和实施为患者提供连续的医疗服务和在医务人员之间进行协调的程序；保证患者的医疗护理信息随患者的转移而转递；保持病人转科、出院、转院后患者的连续性医疗服务等。只有这样,才能保证患者的医疗质量,提高现有资源的使用效率。The content of medical services＇ accessibility and continuity put forward in JCI standard will be helpful to guide and improve our medical work. Medical services＇ accessibility demands us to do well what we can, such as：provide patients with the medical services which match their duties and resources;provide patients with easy, fast and pleasant medical service flow;have good communication with the patients and their family members so that they can understand the contents of medical services and the flow. In this way,a cooperative and harmonious relationship between doctors and patients will be set up. Medical services＇ continuity demands us to converge properly the medical service processes, such as： design the continuous medical services for the patients and put them into use;design the procedures which can coordinate the staff＇ s work ;ensure to transmit patients＇ medical information with the transfer of patients; keep on the continuous medical services when patients transfer to another wards, or leave hospltals,or transfer to another hospitals. Only in this way,can medical quality be guaranteed and the available resources can be used efficiently.
