摘  要:三峡-葛洲坝水利枢纽的梯级调度将直接关系防洪、发电及航运等综合效益的发挥。本文回顾了围堰发电期内与梯级枢纽调度运行有关的研究与实践,包括气象水情预报、蓄水调度、防洪调度、发电调度及航运调度等。对2003至2005年的调度结果进行的简要分析结果表明,围堰发电期三峡-葛洲坝水利枢纽梯级调度为确保三峡工程后续建设、下游防洪、长江航运等提供了保障,取得了可观的社会效益和经济效益,为三峡水利枢纽正常运用后的梯级调度积累了经验。最后对后续研究工作提出了建议。Cascade operation of Three Gorges Project(TGP) with Gezhouba project will play a significant role in water resource management for the Yangtze River. It will directly impact the benefits of flood control, power generation, navigation and so on. This paper comprehensively reviews the study and practice of TGP-Gezhouba cascade operation in the cofferdam power generation period, which includes the meteorology and hydrology forecast, impoundment operation and flood control, power generation scheduling and navigation dispathing. The realistic data of cascade operation in 2003--2005 are presented and analyzed to demonstrate the preliminarily synthetic benefits resulted from the cascade operation. Sugeestions for the further research are proposed in the end of this paper.
