摘 要:采用HEDTA螯合缓冲营养液培养法,研究不同锌离子活度对籽粒富锌基因型水稻碧玉(BY)和籽粒低锌基因型水稻浙921农艺特性的影响。结果表明,锌离子活度对水稻根系形态有显著影响,并存在显著的基因型差异。锌离子活度降低时,浙921增加根数的反应比BY更迅速、幅度更大;BY根长显著减小,而浙农921则显著增大。浙921的根冠比随着锌离子活度的降低而增加,BY则是先下降再逐渐增加。The effect of different Zn^2+ activities on main agronomic characteristics of rice with the Zn-rieh grain genotype (BY) and Zn-poor grain genotype (Zhe921) were studied in the chelator-buffered nutrient solution. The results showed that there was significant difference in the root shape of different genotypic rices. When Zn^2+ activity lowed from pZn^2+ 9.7 to pZn^2+ 10.3, the increase in root numbers of Zhe921 was greater than that of BY. At the same time, increasing Zn^2+ activity significantly decreased root length of BY, but significantly increased root length of Zhe921. The variation in the ratio of root dry weight to shoot dry weight between BY and Zhe921 was different when Zn^2+ activity changed from pZn^2+ 9.7 to pZn^2+ 10.3. The ratio of Zhe921 increased significantly, but the ratio of BY decreased firstly and then increased.
