辽宁油松针叶上3种病原菌及其致病性的研究

摘　　要：通过标本采集、分类鉴定和接种试验对辽宁地区油松枯萎病病原菌进行了研究,结果在枯萎油松上收集到3种症状不同的病害,其发生分布和危害程度有明显区别;3种病原菌分别为针叶树散斑壳菌、枯斑盘多毛孢菌、松球壳孢菌;室内用3种病原进行油松幼苗接种试验,均表现有明显致病性,在接种染病针叶上分离到与自然界完全相同的子实体。In this paper, pathogenic fungi of withered Pinus tabulaeformis in Liaoning were studied by such methods as collection of specimen, classification and identification and inoculation experiment. Three diseases with different symptoms were collected from withered Pinus tabtlaeformis, and their occurrence, distribution and endangering degrees differed significantly; Three pathogenic fungi were Lophodermium conignum, Pestalotia funereal and Sphaeropsis sp. respectively. Three species of pathogeny showed ob-vious pathogenlty when inoculated on seedlings of Pinus tabulaeformis in the greenhouse, and fruitbodies which were the same as that in the nature were isolated from the infected needles.
