摘 要:分别采用硬质合金和高速钢钻头对氟金云母可加工陶瓷进行钻削加工,测试主后刀面的磨损宽度,考察刀具磨损特性,通过单因素试验法考察刀具材料、冷却条件、刀具角度等参数对刀具磨损的影响。试验结果表明:刀具材料和冷却方式是影响刀具磨损的主要因素,高速钢刀具不适于氟金云母陶瓷的钻削加工,冷却条件对硬质合金刀具磨损的影响较为显著,刀具磨损率随钻头顶角增大时对刀具磨损率的影响较小。因此优化刀具材料和工艺参数对氟金云母陶瓷的钻削加工工程应用具有现实价值。The machining fluorophlogopite was drilled with tungsten-cobah carbide and high-speed steel drill bits respectively. The wear widths of major flank were measured, and the wear characteristic about twist was analyzed during drilling fluorophlogopite ceramics. The factors of affecting wear of drill bits were studied through single factor test, such as tool materials, cooling condition, principal axis round and tool angles. The test resuhs indicate tool materials and cooling conditions are the major factors to affect wear of drill bits. High-speed steel drill bits are not suitable for drilling fluorophlogopite ceramics. And cooling condition affects wear remarkably. But apex angle affects the tool wear rate sliglhtly. Those study results indicate the low tool wear can be obtain through optimizing tool material and machining parameters in drilling fluomphlogopite ceramics.
