摘　　要：废旧机电产品的回收利用已成为世界各国倍受关注的话题。本文论述了国内外绿色再制造工程的发展态势及其在环境保护、资源利用、保持社会经济可持续发展中的重要作用,绿色制造工程将成为新的经济增长点。The retrieval and utilization of discarded electromechanical products is a hot topic in many countries of the world. This paper provides an exposition of the green industry of remanufacturing engineering in the past years in China and other countries, and the important role of the retrieval and utilization of discarded electromechanical products in the environment protection, the draining of natural resources and keeping a sustainable development of society and economy. The Green industry of re-manufacturing will be a new economic growing sector in 21st century.
