摘　　要：介绍了Windows环境下在Delphi语言中利用Spcomm控件实现工控机与下位机的PLC之间的串行通信编程,设计了一个液压滑台自动控制系统,控制和监测液压滑台的简单运动。旨在提高液压滑台的控制灵活性和自动化程度,方便系统的管理和监控。The paper introduces the programming of the serial communication between the industrial control computer and PLC, using the Spcomm module of Delphi under the Windows environment, by which we design a simple hydraulic sliding platform to dominate and monitor the easy movement of the platform. It aims at improving the controlling elasticity and the automation of the hydraulic sliding platform, and making the administration and supervision of the system more convenient.
