人机工程学在印刷机械中的应用

摘　　要：工业设计是我国机电产品设计中的薄弱环节,我国的机电产品在国际市场上缺乏竞争力,究其原因,主要是产品设计过程中只注意了高技术的应用和产品的多功能性,而忽视了人和机器的协调关系。人机工程学在机电产品中的应用研究,作为一个具有很强的理论和实际意义的课题,被推到前所未有的重要位置。本文针对胶印机CS14404的功能和操作特点,将人机工程学理论应用到印刷机械的设计中,并对其人机交互界面进行了研究。Industrial design is a weak link in the design of electromechanical device. The reason of the domestic products lack competitive power in international market is that the application of high technical and the request for multi-function are noticed while the man-machine rapport is neglected. So the application study on electromechanical device based on ergonomics is pushed to the unprecedented and important position as a subject study with strong theoretical and actual purpose. Aiming at the functions and operations of the offset printing machinery CS 14404, this essay covers a wide range of comprehensive research on ergonomics and technological research on the basic of human-machine interface.
