摘 要:采用双层包裹法首次制备出载银磁粒抗菌剂。并对样品进行SEM、XRD、IR、磁性参数分析和抗菌性能研究,结果显示磁粒抗菌剂的平均粒径为75nm,粒径均匀,基本呈圆球型。二氧化硅以无定形状态存在,银以银单质出现在纳米粉体中。磁粒抗菌剂的饱和磁化强度比纳米铁氧体减小,但仍具有好的磁性。银含量>3.87%时,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都有99.9%的杀菌性能。Antimicrobial materials of magnetic nanoparticles loaded silver was prepared by double-coating methods. The characterizations of products were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),infrared spectroscopy (IR),energy dispersion spectrometry (SEM-EDS) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). The results showed Ag/SiO2-coated CoFe2O4 nanopartieles were approximately spherical particles with an average diameter of 75 nm. The silica present in the product is amorphous and with simple silver phase based on the analyses of XRD. The magnetic parameters showed after coating the saturation magnetization decrease. When the content of silver is more than 3.87 %, the efficiency of sterilization of Ag/SiO^-coated CoFe^O4 was above 99.9% against staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli.
