摘  要:研究切削性能更为优良的推土铲对减小推土机工作阻力意义重大。本文运用二维有限元方法对推土铲-土壤接触系统进行了研究,分别分析了平面应变问题(宽齿切削问题)和平面应力问题(窄齿切削问题)中土壤所产生的应力及应变分布状况;对比了它们在两类平面问题中的差异。对比结果表明两者相差很小,从理论上讲,对于本文所分析的触土面导线线型而言,其在宽、窄齿土壤切削部件上的应用基本可以互换。It is significant for bulldozer to study the shovel' s cutting performance for reducing the working resistance. In this article the bulldozing shovel-soil contact system was studied by two-dimensional finite element method. The distributions of the stress and strain in soil were analyzed separately under plane stress situation as well as plane strain situation. The result indicates that the differences were quite small by contrasting them in these two situations. It is to say, the curve could be exchanged between wide-tooth cutter and narrow-tooth cutter.
