摘  要:以林肯链霉菌9502(Streptomyces lincolnensis9502)为出发菌株,进行NTG诱变处理,并用高效的琼脂块培养法对菌株进行筛选,得到产林肯霉素相对效价提高35.4%的变异株9502-7。对9502-7菌株孢子采用紫外线处理,得到变异高产菌株9502-7-12,其相对效价较出发菌株提高50%以上。Streptomyces lincolnensis 9502, the starting strain in the experiment, was treated with NTG and mutant 9502 - 7 was screened by efficient agar piece cultural method. The mutant showed lincomycin - producing ability 35.4% higher than the starting strain. Then by treating the spores of mutant 9502 - 7 with UV, a strain of 9502 -7 - 12 was obtained, whose titer was increased 50% more than the strain 9502.
