摘　　要：当市场经济模式与社会主义经济制度接合时,必然有两种价值观的冲突、磨合的过程。体现市场经济思想效应的正负两面,对社会主义精神文明建设具有或进步或退步的双向作用。充分展现市场原则的正面效应,抑制负面影响,建构与社会主义市场经济相协调、与中华民族优秀传统文化相承接的新经济伦理,形成规范的社会主义市场经济新秩序,对于推动和谐社会的建设与发展,有着十分重要的意义。When market economy mode combined with the socialist economic system, it must be the process of conflicts, break - in, embodying two sides of both positive and negative effects of market economy, and has two - way functions to the socialist spiritual civilization. Fully representing the positive effect of the market principle, suppressing the negative effect, constructing the new economic theory which corresponds with socialist market economy and carries on the Chinese nation＇ s outstanding traditional culture, forming the normal new order of socialist market economy are of great significance for impelling the construction and development of the harmonious society.
