慢性乙肝患者外周血中CD4^+ CD25^+调节性T细胞检测分析

摘　　要：探讨CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞在慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者外周血中的表达和临床意义。采用流式细胞术检测128例CHB、肝硬化患者和30例正常人外周血CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞的表达。结果显示CHB临床各型CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞均高于对照组,其中CHB中度、重度组与对照组比较升高显著(P＜0．05或P＜0．01)。HBeAg阳性组与HBeAg阴性组和对照组比较升高显著(P＜0．01)。因此认为CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞在CHB发病过程中可能起着重要的作用,进一步研究其在CHB发病机制中所发挥的作用,将有助于我们更清楚的了解CHB的发病机制,为CHB的免疫治疗提供新的思路。To investigate the expression and clinical significant of CD4 ＋ 25 ^＋ regulatory T cells in the whole blood from patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB）. Expression of CD4^＋ 25 ^＋ regulatory T cells from 128 patients with CHB and 30 normal controls was detected by flow cytometry. Compared with control group, CD4^＋ 25 ^＋ regulatory T cells in patients with CHB increased. Especially, CD4^＋ 25 ^＋ regulatory T cells in patients with medium or high degree of CHB was obviously higher than that in control group （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0. 01 ）. CCD4^＋25 ^＋ regulatory T cells in patients with HBeAg positive was obviously higher than that in patients with HBeAg negative or normal controls （ P 〈0. 01 ）. CD4^＋ 25 ^＋ regulatory T cells maybe play a great role in progress of CHB. It is worthy of further study about its effect in the mechanism of CHB. It can help us to find a new method of immunotherapy.
