电视胸腔镜在基层医院的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)在基层医院的应用。方法总结电视胸腔镜或辅助小切口(VAMT)手术46例,包括肺大疱切除、肺楔形或肺叶切除、肺减容术、食管切除、血胸和心包开窗手术等。结果全组手术无死亡。围术期并发症2例,占4．3％,均治愈。随访6个月。术后恢复良好,无复发。结论只要注意预防和减少并发症的发生,VATS在基层医院的应用是安全可行的。Objective To inverstigte the feasibihty of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery（VATS ） be used in grass-roots hospital. Methods 46 patients were treated with video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery or video-assisted minithoracotomy surgery （VAMT） including bullectomy, lobectomy or wedge resection of lung, lung volume reduction surgery, esophageal tumor resection, clearance of hernathorax, partial pericardial, et al. Results There was no operative mortality. Complications occurred in 2 cases（4.3% ）. All patients were perfectly recovered by treatment. The overall follow-up was 6 months. Conclusion VATS is a safe, effective and new tectmique of thoracic surgery. More attentions must be payed to prevent and reduce complication in order to generalize the use of grass-roots hospital.
