系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血中T细胞CD4CD25的表达

摘　　要：目的了解CD4,CD25在系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血T细胞中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法用流式细胞术检测30例正常人和30例活动期系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血中T细胞CD4,CD25的表达水平,根据CD25表达荧光强度>100者为T细胞CD4+CD25+bright,并与SLE活动指数评分(SLEDAI)进行相关分析。结果SLE患者外周血T细胞CD4+CD25+表达率为(8.82±2.98)%,显著低于对照组(12.24±5.71)%(P<0.05);患者组T细胞CD4+CD25bright表达率为(1.56±0.76)%,低于对照组(2.23±1.22)%(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;SLE患者外周血T细胞CD4+CD25+、T细胞CD4+CD25bright表达率与SLEDAI评分两者之间无相关性;r分别为-0.156,-0.153,P均>0.05)。结论SLE患者外周血中T细胞CD4+CD25+减少,其可能在发病机制中起一定的作用,低水平T细胞CD4+CD25bright在SLE发病中的确切作用机制有待进一步阐明。Objective To investigate the expression of T cells CIM CD25 in the peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythermatosus and to identify the relationship between the levels of CD4^＋CD25^＋ T cells and the disease activity and progression of SLE, Methods Thirty SLE patients were enrolled in study. Flow-cytometric assay was used for detectin of CD4^＋CD25^＋ T cells and CD4^＋CD25^＋bright T cells were defined according to fluorescence intentity of CD25 expression exceeding 100. Meanwhile, correlation analysis was performed between their expression and scores of SLE disease active index （SLEDAI）. Results The levels of peripheral blood CD4^＋CD25^＋T cells in SLE were （8.82 ±2.98）% ,which were significantly lower than those in the group of healthy control（ 12.24 ±5.71 ）% ,P 〈0.05. The levels of T cells CD4^＋CD25^＋bright in SLE .were （ 1.56 ±0.76）% ,which were lower than those in the group of healthy control （ 2.23 ± 1. 22 ） %, P 〈 0.05. No correlation was found between the levels of T cells CD^＋ CD25^＋ and SLEDAI socores, and no correlation was found between the levels of T ceils CD4^＋CD25^＋bright and SLEDAI socores. （r = -0. 156,P =0. 537 ;r = -0. 153,P=0. 5dd;P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The reduction of CD4^＋CD25^＋bright T cells in peripheral blood may participate in the pathogenesis of SLE.
