切眉术矫治不良文眉伴上睑松弛

摘　　要：目的介绍切眉同时矫正上睑皮肤松弛的一种联合整形术。方法通过切眉切口入路,同时去除眶隔脂肪和松垂的上睑皮肤。结果本组共189例患者,均采用此手术方法,术后随访3个月至6年,全部病例均取得满意效果。结论此术式可一次性达到矫正不良文眉、上睑臃肿和上睑皮肤松弛,而且还可以有效地改善鱼尾纹。具有效果确切、创伤小、恢复快、简单易行的特点,有广阔的临床应用前景。Objective To introduce a new combined method of periorbital asthetic surgery of excise eyebrow to correct the poor tattooed and palpebra of the upper eyelid. Methods The operation were performed by resecting the orbital fat and the palpebra skin of the upper eyelid through the eyebrow incision approach, Results A total of 89 cases were performed the operation by resecting the eyebrow to remove the orbital fat and the palpebra skin of the upper eyelid. After 3 months to 6 years following up, all patients were satisfied with the curative effects. Conclusion With this method, the bad eyebrows and fat and clumsy of eyelids were corrected. The upper eyelids could be corrected, the fishtail lines were improved partially at the same time.
