壳聚糖制备及在造纸中应用研究

摘　　要：以蟹壳为原料,采用化学方法先将原料脱钙、脱蛋白质制成甲壳素,再脱甲壳素中的乙酰基,制成壳聚糖固体。将壳聚糖固体溶于醋酸溶液中,作造纸增强剂。测定了壳聚糖的稳定性及添加了壳聚糖增强剂的纸张裂断长、撕裂度、耐折度、而破度。结果表明:制备的壳聚糖稳定性高,添加壳聚糖增强剂的纸张性能优于未加增强剂的纸张。The shell of crabs used as the materials was made into chitin by means of decalcification and deproteinization,the solid chitosan was obtained through deacetyl in chitin.Putting the solid chitosan into ethylic acid solution can be used as potentiator.The stability of chitosan and the breaking length,tearing strength,folding endurance and bursting strength of paper added the potentiator were measured.The results demonstrate the high stability of chitosan and the good property of paper added potentiator by comparing with empty paper.
