摘  要:2005年10月~12月,对沙营污水处理厂各氧化塘的原生动物群落进行了初步研究。共检出原生动物77种,分析了各采样点的生态因素及原生动物分布特征,探究了原生动物群落多样性变化与水质状况的相互关系。结果表明:原生动物的各项结构参数(种类、丰度和多样性指数)与水质状况关系密切;原生动物丰度存在季节变化,秋季多于冬季;原生动物在氧化塘中具有垂直分布特点。各项参数的变化较准确地反映了氧化塘工艺对污水的净化过程。A preliminary study on PFU protozoa community from each lagoon in Sha Ying Wastewater Treatment Plant was carried out from Oct. to Dec. 2005. Seventy-seven species of protozoa were identified. The ecology factor and the protozoa distribution characteristics of every site were analyzed and the relationship between the protozoa community diversity and the water quality was probed into. The results indicate that protozoan community parameters (species,numbers and diversity index) are strongly related to the water quality. The number of protozoa changes with the season. The number in autumn is more than in winter. There were vertical distribution characteristics in the lagoons.Every parameter of protozoa indicates the water quality in the lagoons.
