摘　　要：依据评价标准分别从节能技术与环境、室内空气品质与健康、运行管理上的经济性与社会效益、建筑物的规划设计四个方面概述了现代暖通空调技术与绿色生态建筑的紧密结合。提出“以人为本”的暖通空调技术将会更好地为绿色生态建筑服务。指出真正处理好能源、环境与建筑之间的关系,对人类创建一种健康、舒适而又富有效率的生活环境有重要意义。The evaluation criteria of green eco-building at present was introduced. The close combination of the HAVC technology and the green eco-building based on the criteria from four aspects, which are energy- efficient technologies and the environment, indoor air quality and health, the operational economy and society benefits and building design, was summarized. People-oriented HVAC technology proposed will serve the green＇eco-building well. Harmonizing the relationship of energy, environment and construction is important to create a comfortable living environment for people.
