摘　　要：目的探讨稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者1个月内的肺功能变化。方法对53例稳定期COPD患者1个月内的肺通气功能和肺容积功能进行3次随访,随访时间间隔2周;数据处理采用配对资料t检验。结果53例稳定期COPD患者3次随访所测定的肺功能结果无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论稳定期COPD患者的肺功能在1个月内相对稳定,短期内无明显变化。Objective To investigate the changes of the patient＇ s pulmonary function in a month who are in steady-state of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods To measure respective 53 patients＇ pulmonary ventilation function and pulmonary volume function every two weeks in a month who are in steady-state of COPD,to design the measured data into three teams and analyze them as pairs by t-test. Results The three teams pulmonary function data of the patient who are in steady-state of COPD have no difference obviously each other （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The pulmonary function of the patient who is in steady-state of COPD is steady-going relatively in a month.
