摘  要:采用具有高白度和较细粒度的煅烧高岭土为原料,通过水热合成法合成P型分子筛,最佳反应条件为:固液比1∶3(高岭土g/碱液mL),NaOH浓度4 mol/L,晶化温度90℃,晶化时间12 h。XRD表明,产品具有良好的P型分子筛特征峰,热重分析可知其具有好的稳定性;粒度分布图和扫描电镜图表明,所得产品是均匀的细小颗粒,和4A沸石相比,它的钙离子交换能力高,适宜作洗涤助剂。Taking calcine kaolin with high whiteness and uniform particles as raw materials, the P zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal method, the optimum reaction condition were as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:3 ( kaolin g/sodium hydroxide mL), the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 4 mot/L, reaction temperature was 90℃, reaction time was 12 h. It had better characteristic peak of P zeolite by X- ray diffraction, good stability by thermograrimetric analysis, and the narrower grain-size distribution by granularity distribution and SEM, moreover, compared with 4A molecular sieve, it had the high calcium ionic exchange ability, so it can be act as detergent.
