摘  要:针对长输管道建设的施工现场不固定,施工环境复杂多变,施工固定条件不稳定,全位置焊接操作,焊接工艺种类多等特点进行了管道焊接施工用焊接设备的选型分析,认为用于长输管道建设的焊接设备应环境适应能力强,可靠性高,工艺适应性好,控制面板简单易懂,调节方便。列举了我国长输管道建设过程中得到成功应用的焊接电源和设备,并对未来长输管道建设中焊接设备的发展进行了展望。In view of the characteristic of the long distance transport pipeline construction sites are not fixed, construction environment is complex and changeable,the construction condition is unstable,the entire position welding operation methods and the welding process are various,so we carried on the pipeline weMing apparatus model select analysis,it is thought that the pipeline construction welding apparatus should be have strong environment adaptability,high reliability and well process adaptability;Control panel should easy to operate,the adjustment is convenient.We enumerated welding power source and equipment in our country' pipeline construction which obtained successful application, and forecasted the welding apparatus development in the pipeline construction in the future.
