摘　　要：根据平面自动堆焊的要求,采用单片机PIC16F877,设计了集条件控制与步进电机驱动一体的堆焊控制器。从步进电机驱动电路、堆焊时序电路、堆焊节距与速度调节电路等方面进行了硬件电路设计;同时也对主程序和手动调节程序、x步进电机正转子程序和行程检测延时子程序、节距控制子程序和检测延时子程序进行了软件程序设计。经验证,该系统具有良好的使用性能。According to the requests of automatic surfacing,uses microcontroller PICI6F877 to design a surfacing controller,which integrates condition controller with step motor drive.Designs the electrical circuits from such aspects as step motor drive circuit, surfacing sequential circuit,surfacing pitch and surfacing speed adjustment circuit,etc.At the same time,designs the software programs including main program,manual adjustment program,x step motor positive rotor subroutine,traveling detect delay subroutine,pitch control subroutine and detect delay subroutine,etc.This system has good use function by verifying.
