摘 要:为实现厚壁紫铜的常温焊接,分别对氩-氦和氩-氮混合气体TIG电弧进行了静特性和热功率测定,并在此基础上进行了焊接对比试验。测试和焊接试验结果表明,只有φ(He)>80%的氩-氦TIG电弧,才具有很高的电弧能量和较理想的电弧形态,可以实现厚壁紫铜的常温焊接;而氩-氮TIG电弧虽然也具有较高的能量,但由于焊缝表面成形不良和存在较多焊缝气孔,故其不适合厚壁紫铜的常温焊接。In order to bring the welding of thick wall red copper to success at room temperature ,measurements have been made for static performance and thermal power of TIG welding with protected gas mixture of Ar-He and Ar-N2 respectively.And welding comparative tests were made according to these measurements.The results show that high arc energy and ideal are state could be gotten while the content of He in Ar-He mixture reaches 80% or higher and thick red copper plate welding can brought to success at this environment.On the other hand,although Ar-N2 possesses high energy as well,the welding surfaces does not shape well and there are too many gas holes exist in the weld,so Ar-N2 gas mixture is not absolutely suitable for thick wall copper plate welding.
