摘　　要：通过对氨合成工艺的物料衡算和热量衡算,校核了氨合成塔进出口氨含量分析的准确度,分析了实际取样分析的氨含量数据存在误差的原因,提出了补正办法和改进措施。By means of material ＆ heat balances of ammonia synthesis process, accuracy was made for ammonia content analysis at inlet/outlet of ammonia converter, the reason of existing error has been analyzed for the ammonia content data of actual sample analysis, correcting method and improving measures were suggested.
