摘　　要：介绍了888脱硫剂的催化机理和应用特点,简述了焦炉气脱硫生产的工艺流程、主要设备以及采用888脱硫剂的生产工艺管理要点。生产运行情况表明:改用888脱硫剂及脱硫装置技改后,脱硫效率由89%提高到95%以上,脱硫成本由0.01元/m3下降至0.0084元/m3,每月可节省脱硫费用近5 000元。Introduction was made for catalysis mechanism and features of 888 de-sulfur catalyst, process flow, main equipment and production process management gists for using 888 de-sulfur catalyst were briefly described for coke-oven gas de-sulfurs production, The production operation situation indicates that changing to use 888 de-sulfur catalyst can make the de-sulfur efficiency to be increased from 89% to more than 95% after technical reformation of de-sulfur unit, de-sulfur cost can be reduced from 0.01 Yuan RMB/m^3 to 0. 0084 Yuan RMB/ m^3 , approximate 500 Yuan RMB can be saved each month for de-sulfur cost.
