摘 要:分析了锦天化大型化肥装置中影响产能的原因;介绍了扩能改造的技术措施;总结了扩能改造的效果。改造结果表明,合成氨装置通过增设预转化以及对脱碳系统苯菲尔压缩机的技改,尿素装置通过尿素合成塔塔盘的技改,合成氨及尿素装置扩能达15%,生产负荷由改造前的95%提高到110%,每年可多产尿素7.8万t。Reason was analyzed for affecting the production capacity in the large-sized chemical fertilizer plant of this company, technical measures were introduced for the capacity expansion & reformation; the effects of capacity expansion & reformation were summaized. Reformation result indicates that through additionally arranging pre-reformation in the ammonia synthesis plant, technical reformation of Benfield compressor in de-carbon system, and through the technical reformation of urea reactor trays in urea plant, the capacity expansion increased of ammonia synthesis and urea plants can be reached to 15%, the production load can be increased from 95% before reformation to 110%, 78000 torts of urea can be more produced annually.
